The potential new homeowner is required to meet credit requirements for the transfer process to move forward. A non-refundable processing fee is required before the transfer agreement will be sent for signatures. Once a completed transfer agreement signed by the responsible parties and closing confirmation is received, the new homeowner will be transferred the contract.
