Our Story
Where we started
Over 100 US-based solar companies and contractors filed for bankruptcy in 2024. That means millions of people who invested in solar systems for their homes were left with questions, with doubts and without many options.
Enter SunStrong, we are a team of solar-industry veterans who stepped up to keep those systems online, productive, and delivering electricity to millions across the country. We work every day to support our customers through a potentially stressful transition and make sure they continue benefiting from the good decision they made to invest in affordable solar energy.
Growing our Business
While we got our start in abandoned residential solar systems, SunStrong has grown into a full-scale asset management enterprise with a portfolio makeup ranging from a single EV charger to a 100+ MW power plant. We currently support seven asset classes and are rapidly expanding the amount and types of infrastructure projects and sites that we support.
