This form is for SunStrong residential solar customers who have a lease, loan or power purchase agreement (PPA) with SunStrong Management. This can be customers who originally signed an agreement with another solar company, like SunPower, Sunnova or PosiGen, and have been transferred to SunStrong for operations and management.

If you are a cash customer (someone who bought their system outright and does not pay bills to SunStrong), SunStrong does not manage your solar system and therefore is unlikely to be able to assist with your issue. If you need maintenance or repairs on your solar system, we’ve provided a list of third-party Operations & Maintenance companies that may be able to help.
