Follow these simple steps to update your connection:
- Download or update the SunStrong Connect app. iPhone users: search "SunStrong Connect" in the Apple App Store. Android users: search "SunStrong Connect" in the Google Play Store.
- Open the SunStrong Connect app.
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select "WiFi Settings".
- Follow the on-screen connection workflow to complete setup.
WiFi connections are only supported over 2.4GHz. If your system is unable to connect to WiFi, please use an Ethernet cable. Power-line adapters and WiFi extenders are potential solutions to help get connected when your system cannot connect to your router.
